Directions:

Anytime: Place over eyes when laying down, to sleep, nap or rest.
To Chill: Place eye pillow in a ziplock bag and place into the freezer for 1 hour. Contents will not freeze but will maintain cold temp for 45 mins.
To Warm: Wrap eye pillow in a small towel and microwave for 45-55 seconds. Contents will remain warm for 45 minutes to an hour.

Helpful tips: For migraines and tension headaches, place a chilled eye pillow on your eyes and a heated one behind your neck. Heat and place on lower abdomen to help ease menstrual pain.
